This gathering offers you the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, connect to self and find your inner peace. Individual face-to-face or online sessions for children and adults focus on your personal intentions; what area of your life you are looking to improve. I guide clients in two types of Breathwork - Functional Breathwork and Conscious Connected Breathwork - please read more about these in 'What is Breathwork'.  The aim of all Breathwork sessions is to empower you to take control of your own health and wellbeing.  In person sessions are held in Hampshire.

Breathwork for Teams

Corporate Breathwork Workshops

In-person or online Breathwork sessions offered to organisations who are looking to support their team, clients, patients and students with this powerful tool.  The workshops are based on Functional Breathing and are an opportunity to explore your own breathing pattern, hear about the importance of optimal breathing for health and learn to breathe to enegise, calm and regulate your nervous system. By the end of the sessions, you will be able to use breathing techniques for your own health and wellbeing.

Schools Programme

Pathways to Resilience CIC

The Pathways to Resilience programme is a series of workshops for children, adolescents, parents, carers, educators and health care professionals that promotes wellbeing, hope and optimism through positive psychology, emotional education and embodiment.  Sessions are designed to be light and engaging and typically include movement, discussion, Breathwork, games and creativity.
