A series of 6 one-hour, small group, online sessions exploring gentle and safe breathing practices to manage anxiety, depression, sleep and pain.
This Breathwork series has been specifically designed so that anyone can attend - you can join in sitting or lying down, be silent or chat, take part or just listen. There is no expectation.

Functional Breathwork
1:1 Sessions

Individual or couple sessions for children, teens and adults exploring Breathwork practices to bring about a sense of calm in the busy lives we lead. The aim of these Breathwork sessions is to empower you to take control of your own health and wellbeing by understanding, sensing and navigating your own nervous system to bring about positive change when meeting life's challenges.
In person sessions are held on Thursday daytimes in Petersfield, Hampshire.
60 minute in-person session £70
Online sessions are held on Thursday evenings. 60 minute online session £60
Conscious Connected Breathwork
1:1 Sessions
In-person or online
Individual Breathwork sessions exploring and integrating deep held emotions and belief systems through active breathing, movement and massage. Conscious Connected Breathwork increases self-awareness, supports emotional healing, releases tension, improves energy flow, and promotes a profound sense of inner peace and resilience.
In-person sessions are held on Thursday daytimes in Petersfield, Hampshire.
90 minute in-person sessions £100

Schools Programme
Pathways to Resilience CIC
The Pathways to Resilience programme is a series of workshops for children, adolescents, parents, carers, educators and health care professionals that promotes wellbeing, hope and optimism through positive psychology, emotional education and embodiment. Sessions are designed to be light and engaging and typically include movement, discussion, Breathwork, games and creativity.
