This Breathwork series has been specifically designed to cater for anyone with physical challenges - you can take part in sitting or lying position, they are gentle for anyone with fatigue, and there is clear guidance on why and how the practices support your wellbeing.

The Pathways to Resilience programme is a series of workshops for children, adolescents, parents, carers, educators and health care professionals that promotes wellbeing, hope and optimism through positive psychology, emotional education and embodiment. Sessions are designed to be light and engaging and typically include movement, discussion, Breathwork, games and creativity.
