Thank you for visiting my website and finding out a bit about me and the work I love doing.
I found Breathwork after my own experience of a serious illness; I plopped out of hospital after treatment and was told I was 'fine' but I didn't really feel fine. I felt physcially well but emotionally I was broken inside and wondered if I would ever find anything that would help me to feel like 'me' again.
And of course it was Breathwork. A powerful and extraordinary experience with Nicola Price of Inspirational Breathing at a festival lead me to leave teaching and enjoy a new passion.
I love sharing Breathwork with others so they can experience more joy, more often. Such a simple and natural tool for physical health, emotional wellbeing, healing and connection. We can bring awareness to our breath at anytime and anywhere and with regular Breathwork practice we can really enjoy life more.

Any matters discussed in the breathing sessions remain confidential and will not be shared with a third person unless your permission is given or unless there is a clear threat to your or another person’s safety. I do not leave revealing information on voicemail, text or email.
Privacy
I take privacy seriously. Prior to and during Breathwork sessions, I collect some personal data which is handled in accordance with GDPR.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding is of paramount importance to protect children, young people and adults from harm. If any area of concern becomes apparent during a Breathwork session, information on where to go for help will be shared and that these concerns and relevant information may be shared with agencies who need to know.
Bookings and cancellations
Please make payment on booking. Cancellations or changes made with at least 48 hours notice will be rescheduled or refunded. Rescheduled bookings with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% and cancellations will be charged at 100%.
